Shovel's good because of its long reach that. i've heard a lot of people say the axe is better, but i can never use it; shovel is much better than the axe until the axe gets the damage upgrade imo. the axe is a melee weapon that sports a shorter reach, greater durability, and does a lot more damage than a board with nails. Infinite ammo, four mile range, surface to air capabilities, & unparalleled. It has a fast attack speed, does more damage, but requires a lot of practice to use. The short range takes some getting used to, but the quick wind.
